Everyday millions of blog posts are publishing in the variety of niches in the blogosphere, and we are used hear stories on plagiarism, copyright infringements, Content thieves, copy content using RSS republish etc. Become a popular is also a threat to the blogger like me because people starts copying posts from the blog without concerning and published them on their blogs.
I usually files copyright complaint against them and Blogger team is removing content from the blogspot blogs.

Case: http://technogirlzone.blogspot.com is a spammer blog who is using geekblogger’s RSS feeds and publishing without my permission. So follow me and we will see how to Report alleged copyright infringement @ Blogger.
How to File DMCA Notice with Sample Data
1) First Open: http://www.google.com/support/bin/request.py?contact_type=lr_dmca&product=blogger.
2) In Complainant’s Information: Please provide information about yourself.
- As you can see in above image you have to provide detailed contact information about your self.
3) Your Copyrighted Work: Your post URL’s’ where your original content resides.
4) Identify and describe the copyrighted work: Here you should write about the message which you wants to convey to blogger team, your detailed complaint information.
5) Allegedly Infringing Material: In each of the text box you can enter URL of the posts where the copyrighted content is located, as opposed to entire sites.
6) Sworn Statements: Check both confirmation check boxes to confirm that you are adhere with the DMCA and agree with all terms and conditions.
If above all steps has been carried out with perfection you will get an green Thanks indicating that your complaint is submitted successfully.
- Wait for 2 to 3 days and you will get mail from blogger team and the actions they have taken.
Update on 11-Aug-2011: Blogger team has removed whole blog now and now you will see “Blog has been removed. Sorry, the blog has been removed.” I am happy that blogger team has take action on it.
