We have already discussed about the Problems in Nexus phone of Google, now geeks are facing mess from its customers. This is with the issue of Nexus One naming.

According to a report claimed by a technology news site, Isa Dick Hackett might bring out in case over the Google’s use of the Nexus One as its brand name. “In my mind, there is a very obvious connection to my father’s novel,” Isa Dick Hackett, the late author’s daughter, has gone on the record as saying.

Nexus+One+Google+Phone+Latest+Review Nexus One Google Phone Naming Issue and ReviewsHackett already sent a letter to Google this Wednesday telling the company to drop the name or face the consequences. And yet Google reported that they will maintain its use ofthe Nexus One name because its nothing to do with Dick’s character.

Apparently, Dick’s family does not hold a trademark on the Nexus One name. And based on the analysis and research, the name “nexus” is a fairly common term as it defines as a place where things converge, and its roots are traced back to an Ancient Greek word “diction”.

Google already said that their phone is based on that common meaning and not Dick’s proper creation.

Meanwhole, some company like iSuppli were very impressed with the Nexus One features, specs and list of components, in fact analyst Kevin Keller said that “items like the durable unibody construction, the blazingly fast Snapdragon baseband processor, and the bright and sharp Active-Matrix Organic Light Emitting Diode (AM-OLED) display all have been seen in previous phones, but never before combined into a single design.”

As such, this only gives the Google phone- Nexus One the most advanced features in any smartphone ever and as Keller continued, “a remarkable feat given the product’s [price] is similar to comparable products introduced during the past year.”
