Adding avatar for WordPress admin is very easy now, you can easily change wordpress admin avtar or picture by following steps.

To Add Avatar in WordPress you need to Download and install Gravatar WordPress Plugin and activate it, after successful activation of Gravatar plugin you will find it in your wordpress setting dashboard.

Go with this link and Signup for Gravatar with you email address (which you have used in your wordpress blog), and upload your picture over there.

Now come back to your wordpress blog and find Settings > Discussion, you will find the avatar section as below.
